Yes it is that time of year again! Please see below for a list of immunisation clinics being held this year:

Tuesday 24th September - West End - 1.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.

Saturday 28th September - Chobham - 08.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

Wednesday 9th October - Chobham - 1.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.

Saturday 19th October - West End - 8.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

Saturday 26th October - Chobham - 8.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

There is no need to book an appointment as this is a walk in service. Doors will close promptly at the end of the clinics.

From 1st July the practice will run an early morning clinic 07.30 - 08.00 a.m. Monday to Friday. This is only for pre-booked appointments and no other services will be available during this time.

This practice is also a member of the local GP Confederation (NICs). The federation provides early evening and weekend GP appointments at the Bedser Hub which is located in the Woking Community Hospital. These appointments are pre-bookable through either of our receptions.

NICs have also contracted with LIVI to provide video consultations, on smart phones and tablets, with an NHS GP on behalf of the practice. Download the LIVI app and follow the on screen instructions.

Patients can now book GP appointments, request repeat medication and view their medical records on line. Go to the on-line access page under the appointments tab and complete the registration form or download the NHS App from the APP store.

Home Visits

We have far better facilities for examination and treatment in the surgery compared to the home. We look after approximately 11,200 patients who live across 16 square miles. Time, a scarce medical resource, is wasted when spent travelling around in cars. For both these reasons, facilities and time, we expect patients to come to the surgery in almost all cases so that the doctors can be most usefully employed to provide patients with a better serviceDoctor's bag. Please do not ask for a home visit unless the patient is genuinely too ill to come to the surgery. This may be confirmed over the phone by a doctor or our practice matron before the visit is agreed.

If the patient has a temperature or rash, coming to the surgery would do no harm and arrangements can be made to isolate infectious cases.

If a home consultation is unavoidable, please telephone 01276 857117 between 08.30 and 10.00.

Unfortunately, with home visits,  we can not guarantee you will be seen by a particular doctor or the practice matron.
